I think all of them can be true but for me, I want to make a difference in someone's life - to help someone, support someone or love another person through a difficult or intense time in their life.

Maybe that is why I love being a doula

I would never have thought to actually say that! How ever I was a Nurse first, then a Teacher/Artist and now an Art Therapist

I have come rirght down to Primary Lower because I believe that is where I can make all the difference. Right at the start teaching the kids about choices and learning how to learn without competitiveness.

So yeah! I agree with you, I wanted what I did to make a difference in children's lives and how they grow up to be (bigger) people.

Thanks Brenda...I should have had an "all of the above" option for you! LOL!

I do think it is important to prioritize your values though as it can help you make decisions that are true to your top values.

Thanks Jo...another option could have been "make an impact on the community" although some may argue that a sense of inner peace comes from doing work that is in the helping professions.
