I agree that a key element in achieving a goal is to make sure that it is embedded in your subconscious.

I find that when my clients journal about their career values and goals, they soon see opportunities that mesh with their goals appear as if by magic.

Of course, I smile when this happens as it is not magic at all. Because the goals and values have seeped into their subconscious, they subconsciously are more aware of a fitting opportunity.

Before, I believe they would not have been open to the opportunity or perhaps even recognized it when it appeared.
