Actually, I think my SAFE proposal adds a spiritual component to SMART, so it's a whole brain method, left-brain linear and right brain intuitive.

The toughest part of SAFE for those who are primarily left-brain (as I once was) is to Accept and allow that the goal is ready and waiting to come to pass when we are open to it and have faith.
