Writing comments on performance review forms can be difficult. This list of performance review statements is meant to be a starting point for a more in depth comment along the same vein. Try to sandwich the good comments with the bad to show that you have noticed the positive as well as the negative performance.

  • Is an active listener
  • Is someone that can be depended on
  • Manages time well
  • Seeks out responsibility and follows through
  • Pays attention to details

  • Demonstrates a high level of self esteem
  • Has a pleasant personality
  • Follows directions well
